I'm sorry, I've seen the rules and the first post to this thread and I can't find what does "Down"mean. Could you please tell me? Firstly, I unlocked this device via the AT&T page. but the iPhone hasn't been unlocked. I tried everything. So, I posted here. Could you please tell me what does "Down"mean?
