but nothing happent when i try to enter it. no erorr ,nothing! its normal? i have tryed with original sim and withaut sim

I have same problem with TSM100 with IMEI 351285000401283 readed with *#06#.I cant unlock it like Vitel becaus of 17 digit and codes calculated with Grifin does nothing after entering.
Any advice to unlock this phone.
