Some data is wrong in your log. Maybe someone played with fields 191,251 before you.

Checksum don't match. And seems to be locked at level 0x58.

Yes, I allready have this - ID:05158aa41941, hash 27, XOR 41. I found this code: 0x9BD687B8. I puted them into phone by keyboard and phone says "Compleated", but after a few seconds phone says again "SIM LOCKED". I never met this before. What's going wrong?

This phone claims, that it is hash 27... But "daa38039" is crypted 41 and "9BD687B8" is crypted 00, both with hash 00

Did this Phone work before?
Perhapes its a downgraded phone with hash 00
You can try (if you think, its hash00) to write "9BD687B8" directly to field 251 or if you think, that this is a hash 27 phone with incorrect fields, write
BC51566C to field 251

and check:
252: BC2257CA9FF27B6480F8DD5451CD32
253: BC2257CA9FF27B64B56F6E16

and check fields 5250 -526X too...

10x for replay. But I can't rich field 251. I have access to Hot Line Menu, but nothing more (In "PROM" section there is IMEI only).
