There is a program that generates the code of unfreezing?

No program.. and surelly not for free.

If you want to unlock DCT3 phones, get yourself a cable. (MBUS)

If I tell you the imei of a DCT4 your you tell me the codes of unfreezing, but if I tell you the imei of a DCT3 ¿why me don´t tell the codes of unfreezing??

Because, as you should figure it out by yourself, it's not the same type of phones.
