I have a Nokia 3595, it was from At&t but I had it unlocked to use for my T-mobile phone. Since I switched to T-mobile, the phone isnt locked anymore and will not bounce off Cingular , it is stuck on T-mobile.

It the first code told me my phone was not restricted. So I guess it is still unlocked. My question is, why can't I bounce off Cingular anymore? Do you have any idea
