Unlocking a Sony J-70e simlocked mobile - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I recently purchased a data cable from www.techgsm.com to unlock my Sony j70e but it doesn't seem to work ?!?
I've tried all of the software that is supplied on the techgsm website but none work. Any pointers or ideas would be gladly appreciated.

I'm running on Windows XP pro and have successfully unlocked a Sagem MW3020 mobile using a data cable from the same company with no problems.

use win98 for the logger programm
without sim enter *#simlock# to see which code you need
for network code use 32 for imsi code use 99
after you get the log file open the calculation program and calculate your code

for unlocking the networkcode use
*#simlock*32*your unlock code#
for imsi range
*#simlock*99*your unlock code#
after entering the codes the phone says ok and reset itself
