vodafone E172 problem

hi all i bought a brand new unlocked vodafone E172 dongol from ebay the problem is it keeps disconnecting all the time? how can i restore it so its not unlocked anymore? and can i put origanal vodafone vmc software bk on it? thanks and when i go on youtube it will load some of the video then disconnect
