Hello! I have Apple Watch 2 Nike and they was work well until i made factory reset . Now I try to pair with new phone and phone say - ACTIVATION ERROR! The watch WAS working perfectly fine but once I factory reset it, I've been stuck with this issue and activation error. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

same think happen with me
and Iam send it to apple warranty to change
