iWatch touch change. Need help

Hi friends! Did anyone change the touch of iWatch? Need instructions, please help. We have the touch but it does not work. Tested in 2 watches (sport and sophire). Thanks!

i brought from china but its was the same issue as yours so i return them, until now don't get any perfect one.
