Unknown serial number
 

Hello, I'm curious to know if anyone here has ever had an Apple Watch or an apple product that can't be recognized by apple ?.. I have an Apple Watch that they can't find the serial number in there system, does anyone know what might have caused this?

contact with support and send photos to Apple with serial number and order receipt.
