hello friend, I wanted to know how active the function Help. Samsung ---flashing ---- Special --- HELP (not work for me) I have to download some package?? Thank you for your help.

Which antivirus you are using?
before install disable your antivirus and then all package will extract correctly

if it will not help then post screen shoot where you need help

the firewall is disabled, install it again, it works perfect, but the option is still not working HELP

friend, a help option will only open when you select the phone model!, 1st select the model tefone, 2nd click help............
