Always asking for dongle frimware update[Answerd]

Dear Product Supporters

i buy bst dongle last weak, when ever i m trying to run the application it always asking for frimware update... is it the normal procedure of some thing wrong... plz reply ..

if you use new installation or a new pc then it ask for update, update process save some signature file in installation folder to check its serial ETC, maybe you have 2 PC and installed diffrent version of BST.

but i have newlly assembled pc & i have installed the latest version form the support area
but it always asking for the update frimware

what to do
plz guide me

so just update it, there is no problem in update after update if it ask some thing then let me know
