Even though the BST Dongle supports the SAMSUNG SHW-M480W I have been unable to unlock this tablet. Anyone on here have any luck or the same issues?

I just bought a bst dongle, But It takes me 17 hrs in order to download a 250 mb installer suite, its insane, My internet connection is stable in-fact I have a 20 mpbs speed... product supporter please be advise to this problem;;;;;;;;
