Here are the steps so far: 0. Running Windows 7 1. Download latest Software - 3.35.00 2. Dongle Updated Firmware 3. Installed Latest version PL2303 : 2.1.44.226 2017-05-09 - Green light on screen Unlock process as follows: 1. Phone prep: USB Debugging Enabled - ADB connection works great. 2. Plug in phone via USB Cable - Drivers install perfect 3. Click on BST->SCAN - Software ID's the phone perfectly 4. Click on COM PORT Radio button, and then click "UNLOCK" 5. Wait for UART Driver Selection Box to pop-up - YES 6. Switch out cables to UART 523 (Setup properly in BOX) 7. Click on COM12 Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM12) 8. Select OK to continue - wait 5 secs..... Dialog comes up with Can't connect to device..... Steps I have taken so far: Went to *#0808# and switched to last selection - didn't work Went to *#0*# B4 pluggin in UART cable - didn't work Any suggestions? I'm frustrated, because I know this should work, but doesn't. Thank you, |
