for this issue uninstall old verion and delete bst folder then install new setup

I had same problem when tried to update 3.36...my solution was, uninstall 3.36 and when reinstalled 3.35 it updated just good then uninstalled 3.35 then reinstall 3.36 and worked just fine. Try ur luck guys
