BST dongle tutorial

I have purchased a BST dongle to repair a galaxy S4 SGH M919 IMEI. Unfortunately the software has no manual and CD to detail about what to do . I have installed and activate it on my computer . I have rooted the phone by installing the Vr root software. it does work
The scan and info work. but when i try to rewrite the IMEI. it does not work .

is there any other software should installed ? some one who was trying to help me said i should installed flash rom . I'm not sure exactly what to do. can some one with experience help please ?

There arent too many detailed information in English. please help .once I mastermind how to use BST very well ill make a well detailed English version tutorial on YouTube.

Make sure u r S4 is not on 4.3 and not on MK2 or Samsung KNOX enable
if none of above this is how i fixed [ replace ] my M919 IMEI

Here this is what i did with my S4 M919 [ T-Mobile ]
====Flashed my S4 M919 [ tmobile us S4 ] back to 4.2.2 stock Using ODN
====Rooted using CF Auto root [ You can root using other root for AT&T s4 ]
If u need help flashing to stock or CF Auto Root serch both on www.xda-developers.com/‎
====Turn on Debugging and approved
====I went to *#0808# and selected DM + MoDEM + ADB last option
====Then *#9090# and selected DM/DUM over HSIC then restart
====Plugged phone back to Computer Using Micro USB [ just like when you plug in to transfer data no PCB Adapter:and no UART just normal usb cable ]

====Smart tool Samsung Tab Service selected Com Port on bottom and scan devise [ gave me 2 option on port 1 was Samsung () () QCDI MTP 2 was Samsung SGHM919 QCOM Normal
I selected option 2 keep in mind your model number be different then SGH M919 ]
==== Then I press Read at bottom [ ask me for communication Port I selected one My phone was on. I tried all 3 but only one worked lol ]
==== After reading I selected IMEI 1 Tab and filled my new IMEI and pressed write and in 3 second phone restarted and I checked my phone IMEI and it worked
