we buy your product and you created this official support section for your product, we need your help since you are the developers of this tool.. i can post my problem here and it will take days and weeks to get response from support and in some cases you wont get any response forever.. in other tools support section, i post my problem and after 4 minutes i get a reply but not here. if this is because the product is cheap then improve your product and your support and then make annual activation but not under this circumstance. please do not delete my post

Boot: Usb Key BL V1.22
Connect to server .... failed 1,error
UsbKey: xxx9-Bx10-1xxx-xxx8

Connect to server .... failed,can't connect to server.

I can use my Dongle cos need a upgrade and cnat conect to the server .

Or stuck in 30 % or 60 ... Please can fix the server ?? I need it badly .

aint problem but problems, but the one which gives me headache is this... i post my problem here today, but days and even weeks will past before you respond and sometimes you compeletely ignore it.. this is what you call 24/7 support!!!??.. for example on this thread of mine, one of the user has posted his problem then have you helped him??. value your customers.. in other teams support section i managed to post my problem and within 4 minutes i got a reply, i managed to make firmware backup and uploading it somewhere and posted a link and the support patched it for me and uploaded it to support within almost an hour or two.. we believe in u so make us happy as your customers

check ur connection bro and make sure u have very active one and if that aint a problem then uninstall bst then re install coz the trick once saved me... the support cant save u right now may be after weeks as usual or may b they are busy working on new update with full of world's first

i just bought BST today, and i want to know if i can unlock FRP for chinese android phone.

I choose MTK and try to read, but never succeed.

We need samsung update not other market i think bst name mean best samsung tool but icant see any samsung update ex old phone not havr repair imei

Got another problem, everytime i scan device (i had try many phone), it always show Xiaomi Mi5.
