Try do "Factory Reset" as follow way please: 1. Boot phone to "Fastboot" mode 2. Select "M8SW" this model 3. Select "Wipe Cache" and "Wipe Userdata" option (HTC / Service / Common) 4. Press "Execute" Best Regards GsmBest Team | |
