Can't decrypt device? [ANSWERED]


Hi to all, i have htc m8s OPKV100. When switching on see "your phone is encrypted". I try reset phone but nothing, dongle not support this model
Any solution? Tnks

do wipe/factory reset
or full flash

when connect phone in fastboot mode in bst dongle i see this:

Mode: fastboot
Hardware: m8ql_ul

Can't match device model , your devie maybe is not a HTC product

Hi, NAVAKO

Try do "Factory Reset" as follow way please:
1. Boot phone to "Fastboot" mode
2. Select "M8SW" this model
3. Select "Wipe Cache" and "Wipe Userdata" option (HTC / Service / Common)
4. Press "Execute"
