Have you authorized phone to alow access ?
When you connect phone to computer (mtp), you need to allow access to phone otherwise you wont see phone content!
Or try via ADB!

I think the only way to enable adb is to put a new screen temporarly, to see if it work so you could access phone, or get this AdbEnabled OXY FA44 A500HXXU1ANK2 file to enable adb and finally get data via adb.

This AdbEnabled OXY FA44 A500HXXU1ANK2 file is not free atm so it could be difficult to get it.

BST needs to install a program on phone to retrieve contacts and sms, as you may have noticed by now. This operation needs adb enabled!

EDIT: perhaps getting a combination firmware and flash only boot or sboot to enable adb, but cannot confirm this and you should be carefull. If someone could confirm and tell what part of combination fw must be used!

I try to help kozarik with this phone. I repack boot.img with adb enabled, but it always ask confirmation on screen. Screen is damaged. Maybe someone has COMBINATION firmware A500HXXS1CQC4 with adb enabled without confirmation on screen. Or some ideas about how enable adb on this phone. Kozarik doesn't have screen for replace and PCB has broken where screen connector is placed.

How TWRP recovery can help with my problem? It's recovery with touch control. My screen is broken and I can't replace it.

Flash recovery twrp, boot to it, connect to pc and there you have adb connection!
Access via adb shell to file system and do a dd copy of partitions, or copy files directly. Youll have rootaccess and get contacts db

I flash TWRP and enter it but no devices appears in device manager. Maybe I didn't enter recovery. I press 'Vol+' + Center + Power after vibro release Power.

You have a pita phone there my friend...
In my experiences, as soon twrp is booted it should install mtp, adb and some other driver.
Even now, just for the sake of it, i boot my htc to twrp and when i connect to pc without touching twrp menu, it installed this drivers and i had immediate adb access. No root though, but i could access the location of the contacts database.

From here i'm a bit lost so, my sugestion is to take this problem you're having to the Samsung section of gsmhosting forum and ask there! HEre you're only dealing with BST users... There you should have all the gsmhosting community passing by and it may appear someone that had dealt with same problem in the past, more capable of explaining this step to you! Sorry!

Good luck

EDIT: could you try with this twrp?
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347836940

Perhaps phone is locked on "selinux not enforced" on boot....
