Do you have BST Board Version 1.1 or higher?
[Check on bottom of board]

If not, you'll need to solder a R104 Resister, tutorial is in Forums
forum-dot-gsmhosting-dot-com/vbb/f891/attention-uart-4-4-2-needs-soldering-1830484/

If you do have 1.1 or higher, Baseband Version cannot be Unknown.

If everything is as it should be, you'll need to have root, of course, use MicroUSB [not UART Cable] Scan, and click Enable UART.
After it says OK, rescan, hit Write Cert and connect UART when prompted.

I'm stuck at this point as well with a G928T, failed with MSL,
might need to wait for update to include Bypass MSL exploit.

Although I had believed that if you Wipe EFS/Write Default EFS,
this would let you bypass MSL, although it looks like you already did those steps.

With mine, I cannot get the original IMEI to go away,
Wiping EFS and Writing Default doesn't work on my G928T, for now.

Hoping updates come soon to support 6.0.1 Baseband/Modem and Bypass MSL
