Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920T

Just received my BST Dongle and I am trying to get past a passcode on a Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920T. I am very new to this and I am hoping somebody would be willing to walk me through it. I haven't had any luck yet using the BST, in fact I am sure I dont know what I am doing.

Okay, Put in download mode, scanned. and then reset reactivation under FRP section of Unlock tab. Both the reset reactivation and Reset FRP Lock showed Unlocking device..... ok, but nothing seemed to happen. The phone is screen locked with a PIN up to 16 digits. I really am a beginner at this so any assistance is appreciated.

Maybe I am confused on how this works but I do not want to factory reset the device. I am trying to bypass the passcode to gain access to the contents of the phone such as call logs, contacts, sms, etc....
