Bro, 1st fix baseband then try repair imei;

1,flash roms;
2,repair default efs; will get baseband working and imei 0499xxx
3,repair imei;

try to solve problem as follow way:

1. Power on the phone.
2. Check PL2303 drivers (Install PL2303 drivers: X:\BST\Drivers\PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1. 8.0.exe)
3. Check phone baseband, Wr.Default EFS when baseband unknown.
4. Repair IMEI.

If not working contact me with my SONORK.

is not working prolific...is working PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.8.19 thanks

I have the same problem with the samsung s3 i9300 imei and baseband unknown null null vercion sw 4.1.2

UART will not work with Android 4.3. You have to flash older ROM.
