why u need cert file ..?
u can write imei via bst dongle just wasy methood
Flow >>>>

(1) Download Latest Combination File & Official Rom
(2) Install Combination File
(3) After Open Enable Debugging From Settings & Enable Diag Via Dial *#0808# Select DM+Modem+ADB
(4) Now Connect your Phone With Via USB Cable & Scan Your Device From Samsung Section IN BST Dongle
(5)Click Service Option & By Pass MSL
(6)Tick Defult IMEI & USER IMEI Now Select Super IMEI FROM Blanck Box Click
(7) Now Click Write Super IMEI Wait & Open Com Port.Select Which IS BST Dongle Com Port (U Can Check It From Your Device Manager IN Computer)
(8) After Select Your IMEI IS Write Done (Restart Ur Device)
(9) IF Everything IS Okey I M Sure Your IMEI IS Back
(10) IF Any Problem About Netork (Connect Phone With USB +SCAN Device+Repair Network From Service Menu In BST Tools)
(11) Now Flash With Official Firmware
