how to connect Samsung to Remove Lock [ANSWERED]

I have samsung brocken LCD, and want remove Lock for get Data,

how about this Crap MTP driver ? can not intall correctly, so can't connect with software ?

Hi, JAVA Good

Select phone and then click "Help" button, you will get how to remove screen lock!!!

Try to remove screenlock via MTP directly:

1. Power on the phone
2. Connect phone to pc (install phone usb driver)
3. Click "Scan" confirm phone already connected.
4. Click "Unlock" (Screenlock option)

Tips: post logs or screenshot if you facing problem, its will help us solve problem fast and easy.

Hi, JAVA Good

Try install drivers via "Home" > "Driver Helper", you will see thats your phone drivers or not.
