Question How to connect the UART R 523K

Hi,
I just bought the BST Dongle today from a Dubai re-seller.
I have the most common problem which is NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK which is IMEI problem.
I saw some videos on YouTube but I can’t see how do you connect the UART r523k
I have that cable and I connect it to that piece of hardware which hase 4 ports.
1 port service cable and 1 port USB OUT (I put the UART R523K there and I connected the other end to my phone)
1 port USB IN 1 PORT USB OUT, What do I put there?!!
Please I need help.

From one side you "have to" connect USB dongle + USB A-B cable and from other side UART R523k in both ports.

Do I need to buy that A-B Cable? It's not included in the cables I got.
