Do you want install the firmware Android 4.3 sense 5? and later install OTA to 4.4.2 sense 5.5?

why not so easy like samsung

and support aread download speed also so much slow
please make easy and tutirial also for htc flash
always problem htc ruu mismatch in google and custmon rom not givin good result when set have error
so pls make this htc good updates

you do not need the bst, flash it with the RUU (.EXE) --and bootload locked--

You CANNOT do S-OFF + SUPERCID this M7 becouse BST not support S-OFF HTC, so not waste time, for to have speed S-OFF you HTC must need Box that support this function, for many model like Tegra chipset, ONE X, only with JAVA CARD can do S-OFF+SUPERCID.

When you are S-OFF you can flash what you want.

then how htc flash if cant find corect ruu without custom rom bcoz many mobile not work custom rom and another ruu cant flash and same vertion cant find on support then bst is usseless for htc if htc have problem like this

Re-Repeat, if you phone is S-ON you can flash only Original Signed RUU, can unlock Bootloader and nothingh more.
For to have you device S-OFF+SUPERCID, where you can flash any Custom Rom/RUU itcc... you must need HTC box or for any model Only by Java Card you can have S-OFF+SUPERCID, like ONE X (chipset Tegra).

With BST you can flash NOT signed RUU or Rom matching with you CID and Hboot.
Is clear now?

Or can use Adb & Fastboot command but Only for Right Rom/RUU matching with you cid original.

Have repeat 3 times, if you want only Flash one RUU, unlock bootloader can use BST.

If you want flash Any C.Rom, any Ruu itc...you M7 must need obbligatory S-OFF+Supercid.

More, you M7 isn't International version, (M7_ul), is M7 only AT&T version, then you must need of use Right Box that support this MID: PN0712000, and i cannot write here wich is this box (are in Bst area), use search button and loock for HTC Box.

For Sure this model i support by Java Card, S-OFF+Supercid in 30 secons, but i'm in Europe, and to buy Java Card for only this phone is more expensive, arround 400$.

Anyway loock a little for ***** Box.
