i unistall old ver and install 3.27.5 bst softwer my problem not solve

you have to delete the libusb driver from the dongle and use this driver from link!

Just driver, no need to install old version or new version of bst. When you install bst dongle, it installs libusb driver for dongle, samsung drivers and htc drivers.
Its this libusb driver that do not work on windows 10. need the new driver from dropbox link.

Please any tutorial how to update the driver, im stuck at beginning looking for usb key.
The link video posted by farokjoker is no help, usb key missing in zadig app.
Plz any help!
