is BST Dongle support unlocking bootloader xiaomi phone?? i have tried on redmi 3 2015811, there is unlock bootloader option, but i can't click it

thanks for fast response.. but i mean, why i can't click on unlock bootloader option?? is it doesn't support all xiaomi device?? because i saw on youtube, it does success unlocking bootloader on mi4c..
