You brick also this HTC if not make FULL Nandroid BKP first with CWM/TWRP... and have chise the most wrong mode for downgrade this phone...

Hi, for upgrade to lollipop must need of Flash Exact RUU for you Original Cid that have in this phone, (is S-ON), what was the original CID, Carrier, Hboot itc...in this device?...

Post you "fastboot getvar all" please.
