htc explorer a310e hang on Logo Need Help.. [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi to all B.S.T Dongle P.S, Users and P,M
I have a htc explorer a310e hang on logo i tried almost every method like Hard reset, Factory reset but still hang on logo.
I want to ask the team is this model support for flashing in your B.S.T Dongle device or not?
If any other Team Member or user know the solution please help me.

Hi,

Try solve problem as follow way:

1. Select "Explorer (A310e)" model and then Press "Support".
2. Download " RUU_Pico_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.27.707.2_Radio_10.35d.80.0 9H_1.11.82.17_release_227267_signed.zip" file from bst support site.
3. Flash with this firmware please.
