Related to your problem, htc phone are like this. That htc phone is vodafone uk and it is S-ON. So, if you want to flash softbank JP firmware, you need to S-OFF this htc. If you don't turn off its security (S-ON to S-OFF) you can't flash other firmware versions, or modded versions available on XDA. Only Vodafone UK. It has been like this since long time, just now its getting more difficult to get htc S-OFF. | |

HTC, regardless the most powerfull box, needs to s-off to change firmware to other operator/debrand. This is general idea to have when dealing with HTC. You can show me the power of BST by S-OFF that phone, and flash SoftBank Japan! With BST. Logs like this is what makes me feel to get such tool!  Best regards! | |

What i asked was to s-off this htc and rebrand it to softbank. Honestly i thought that bst did suported s-off and was sort of defying ashokkumar3469 to do it, incentivating him in learning the process all together, in case he did not had done it already. I bet BST can flash a softbank htc with a softbank firmware if CID is softbank or unlocked...! I'm waiting to receive one BST dongle in few days and im anxious to learn using it! Best regards | |
