bro there is too many other things to then this kind of posts, see your self your own post what this mean?

I8190L factory Reset not work

software send factory reset command to phone that success, its mean software send *2767*3855# to phone or any other command that can rest phone
but your phone not support that command so you must need use other method.
like use bst and do command to reboot in recovery mode then wipe it manual
its done
