Question I9500 Block sign instead of network sign

Hey dears,

I have I9500 with network failing from time to time and when it fail I dial *#0011# I see black screen then network return and see everything is ok in service mode

So I tried to repair it with :

1- write default efs
2- write super imei

but the same problem in dropping network from time to time and the network signal turn into block sign

the phone details is 4.4.2 and CSC: EGY

If I flash it a full flash (before repeating repair) with "CHN ,4.4.2 , Z files" will this damage the modem part or make any problem ?

thanks in advance

when the signal is lost, your baseband is unknown?, if YES, think is hardware.
