If drivers from phone connected mode are not installed, bst will tell you that it cannot read phone because there is "1 usb device don't have drivers installed" So, you need to go to device manager, check what device as a exclamation mark signal, and install that driver, so you can service your phone! You need to install samsung drivers! Check BST drivefrs folder and install drivers from there! Regards! | |
