N9005, Google account, not possible !! Why?? - GSM-Forum

Hi, good evening.
I have one of these with Samsung account active.
Client want to remove it, as he doesnt remember any.
I try as follows, phone in download mode, scan, and "remove Samsung Account".
Soft says:
Hardware:
Mode: DOWNLOAD
Start unlock ... ok

After that, phone restarts, OK, but.....Samsung Account STILL THERE !!!

How is it done to remove????
