need auto cable diagram

hello dear team I'm new in bst tool I purchased this tool few days ago. but I have a problem that the UART R523K auto cable not working my reseller is about 560 km far from me so I need its diagram to repair this new cable.

Please help me urgent

It doesn't work on any device but when I use a single cable from gpg it work fine but stock cable 523k not works

Is your cable (R523k) working with phone which has lower Android than 4.3 ??? Because as far as I know R523k is not working with 4.3.

not working in 4.1.2 or even on 2.3.6

there was a short pin in cable I resoled it and it worked for me
