Hello and Thank you for any support from you guys.
I am new with BST dongle and I am looking to repair IMEI from samsung phones since I have a cell phone repair shop.
I have clients with different problem and I purchased BST to unlock and repair Samsung phones
I received my BST 3 days ago but I am unable to use the feture of repair IMEI
when I connect the phone it will read it but the IMEI patch is not an option to check.
also I can not check EFS repair
can someone pease help me, do i need to download anything else?

No. If you don't have this option available, it means that your mobile is not supported for this action.

Thank you Sutech, but the phones that I am trying to repair IMEI are Samsung galaxy s3 and Samsung galaxy s4 and it shows on the list that it can be done.

The list on the official web page is just informative. It does not mean that you can do the same procedure on each model. If you have interational models GT-I9300 and GT-I9500/I9505, then IMEI repair will work.
