New Dongle - pl2303 uart connection failed - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Can anyone help?

Fw.Ver : BstKey V3.14
Serial : 20E5-XXXXXXXXXX
Active User: betxxx
PL2303 : 3.4.48.272 2013-02-05 (OK)
Best Smart Tools, Load OK.
Restarting ADB service ... ok

Scanning devices ... 0 found
Device Info (UART) ... failed
Time used : 9.2 s

Driver installed ok. Won't connect at all in uart with 523k cable (usb and rj45 in)

Any ideas?

bro when you use UART dont click scan button only select port and click info and you are done
scan button for USB only

Thank you unlock King but still have issues.
Unless I press scan, the info button remains greyed out.
I can't select the interface without pressing scan?
Is there a manual for this soft at all? I must be getting old.

Also when I try to make uart connection for imei restore it can't find device.
Tried uart modem and also pds same result. developer options on. usb de bug one.
Should phone it be in normal mode? or boot?

If I start in normal mode connected to usb then do a swap I get connection failed at uart part where I select serial uart

Bhai i thnk BST gives err while connecting with MTP or Uart cable...........m i right ?

1st of all use english, 2nd you can use any UNI box as rj45
