Check Pl2303 driver version & date (Run BST software check PL2303 driver from logs window, if you seen "OK" with green color thats mean pl2303 driver working sure, otherwise install pl2303 driver again, X:\BST\Drivers\PL2303*.exe") Tips: Keep R523K uart cables connected with phone and then reboot phone again.
