Sir, i am in big confusion that

Official firmware is must for unlocking or imei repair?

I have already unlocked many Samsung Sm-g900f with bst dongle

but today one is failed to unlock

its firmware srceenshot

Is it firmware problem or other?

Firmware problem,must be on official firmware. This phone use custom ROM

You Need To Flash Your Unit 1st With Stock Rom Then Next Step. Good Luck .......

Yes In Some Models Need To Flash Your Unit In Modem Not Supported Condition Or Rooting
