Phonebook backup error? - GSM-Forum

Before writing flash in phone i made backup:

Reading contacts data ... ok
Reading SMS data ... ok
Saving backup file to "D:\BST\samsung_GT-I9100__2016-03-03_11.10.27.bkz" ... ok
contacts backup: 573
SMS backup: 0
No SMS to backup or error happened
Time used : 1 min 40 s

When load backup file:

But when restore proces finished in phone is only 57 contacts. Any way to open contacts.bkp manual or convert to .vcf?

-Sure that all are reals contacts?, can be duplicated contacts by Whatsapp/viber/etc. I do not know , I think.
-are not on SIM?

-Yes, all is phone contacts, no viber etc...
-In phone. Sim not present at all (before/after backup).
