But what change Part????, not to see that you for sure not have CLOSED you AV and FW and Not have installed any Drivers??, PC Not has recognized the Dongle but becouse not found SW and Drivers.... if Dongle was damaged totally PC not recognize one "USB DEVICE that HAS MALFUNCTIONED and Old XP windows not recognize It", first of open one dongle ceck good what you have done of wrong...

If the BST Dongle is under warranty, contact your dealer please. otherwise try replacement 8M crystal of bst dongle (open bst dongle case needed).

Yes is normal purchase one Dongle and in 60% of this there are problem with connection Pc with Uart cable or how in this case damaged....are turn back at the time of "manole" and all his "plastic cloured H.T.I., (HIGH TECNOLOGY)"

For lucky BST isn't at this level but NOT purchase from Fake reseller that if happen one issue of this not Replace nothing and you must need of change Hw side...
