Hi I'm new with bst dongle I get problem with write cert on G928G

I wipe efs and then wr.default efs and I can't write cert or super imei

the errors are mtp interface, on uart cable no connection, drivers ok

please I need step by step G928G write cert or super imei

I have z3x and octopus I try to use them as interface but not works

I try *#0*# enter a test menu and don't connect

I'm crazy with this, help meee pleaseee

I solve my problem about connection thanks "ghacks" I follow your tips and works, but we have to wait next update because when I try to write cert or superimei I got this message device authentication ... failed with msl

my steps

1 Root
2 wipe efs
3 wr. default efs
4 uart cable 523k connect
5 try superimei = device authentication ... failed with msl
6 try write cert = device authentication ... failed with msl

any help is welcome
