Good afternoon, who could help me with a samsung gt-i9500 s4 android version 4.4.2 has the imei 000xxxxxxxx0000 generic and I'm trying to repair your original, but when I connect to the plc UART version 1.3 UART is not connected and the cable is not this bad because I've done other cellphone

Facing same problem when I tried service m919 (s4 American ver) so far I did the sum of this operations with no success...flashing another modern file... Repair efs partition also trying multiple stock roms..some guys suspect it's a software limitation by qualcomm so he suggested repair the imei using jtag testpoit techniques I don't know how... So please mobile experts light up our minds... Thanks
