Remove ScreenLock Samsung Galaxy Ace

Hello peeps,

I am new in this thing and just got my very first BST dongle yesterday and my test case is to reset forgotten screen lock (pattern lock) from SM-G316HU (Galaxy Ace Style), which is supported by BST device list.

I tried Reset ScreenLock button for this, but i get the following error instead of successful unlock

FYI, device is attached directly to my laptop with USB cable (not via adapter), and yes, i have allowed USB debugging, and it is recognized by my laptop (Win7Pro x64).

Code:
Scanning devices ... 1 found

  Manufactory:
  Model:
  Hardware:
  Mode: Need Read Info

  CSC Version: G316HUDXU0AOA4
  SerialNumber: R21G336E7QK
Device Info (UART) ... failed
Time used : 47.5 s

Unlock ... failed to connect device
Prepare environment ... Device do not have ADB interface, turn on device USB DEBUG and connect with usb cable, then re-scan device
Need reboot device to normal
Time used : 56.5 s

Did i do this incorrectly? Any advice?

Thanks!

USB debug is not detected?

As i mention earlier, i did enable USB debugging, i even re-attach the device and re-scan as per instructed by the log. The USB cable is working fine though (tested).

Is it possible that BST cannot detect USB debugging state from my device? Anyone has experience this before on Win7x64?

Thanks!
