Member: 478535 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 433 | To repair DRK you need to connect to UART! If UART is disabled on phone, use *#0*# and leave this menu open, connect to UART of your choice (hint- BST UART board pcb, etc) Click repair DRK. BST will tell you if DRK is ok or not, and the option to repair or not. As BST team did not wrote how it is used this option, i thought of telling its users how it is. The thing is, DRK repair help over the forum always tell you that you need UART to repair DRK. But, on BST, some phones have the USB-COM option to USB, and users go head and do the DRK repair with pc-usb cable, thus showing wrong information (not really working if on USB). If BST has USB selected for the model you want to repair, choose COM, press DRK repair and connect to UART when asked. Best regards. |
