Samsung A500Y unlock not done [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello.

It's my first time using the new feature of BST Dongle, qualcomm direct unlock.

The process of unlock with that feature is very simple as official websites states. It shows unlock done, but it isn't unlocked at all.

Here is a screenshot:

Can someone guide me to use that feature, if I did something wrong.

Hi, subzerillo

1. Put sim card and then take a photo if you phone locked
2. Type *#0011# take a photo

Enter 8 time 00000000 should be ok
