  Manufactory:    SAMSUNG
  Model:          SM-J500F
  Hardware:       QCOM
  Mode:           normal
Connect to device ... 
Device Authentication ... failed with MSL

1. Flash with repair firmware
2. Root with cf auto root
3. In bst after scan wipe efs
4. Write default efs
5. Cover battery bsi line with tape or other things
6. Write super imei with uart
7. Write QCN......

I Try Your Procedure But No Luck

Reset msl with z3x. Then try to write super imei.

I have done alotof pieces with this procedure.

when connecting to uart u have to put something(maybe a piece of paper) between + and - in battery. i dont know what is the exact word to say !

1- downloaded j500f combination file best spot
2- after flash dail *#0808# selected last option
3- click bypass msl
4- write super imei
5- write qcn download qcn best spot
6- and flash with latest 6.0 version

(COMBINATION_OXA_FA51_J500FXXU1AOI2.bsp) download this from bst server and flash to your phone using bst dongle.then retry tested on many many J500f..good luck
