Still cannot use BST since 3.23 update. [ANSWERED]

I own 8 different boxes and now BST is the only one I cannot use on Windows 8.1. When is this going to be fixed? I cant even use an older version because if forces me to install the update. And I am not going back in time over a decade and use that garbage xp that cheap people so love.
