Troubles with BST Dongle and PLC Driver [ANSWERED]

Hi folks,

I have some troubles with BST Dongle and plc driver.

When I run Dongle software I see:

PL2303 : 2.1.44.226 2014-09-18 with the code in write in orange color

And when I set software for an uart connection with the phone and click Unlock, i see this error:

Q: About "PL2303 : 2.1.44.226 2014-09-18" with orange color
A: Thats means your PL2303 may not working when you want uart communication, installer bst pl2303 driver please: X:\BST\Drivers\PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1. 8.0.exe

Q: How to unlock phone
A: Connect USB cables for BST all operations, change uart cables when BST software request connect UART cables.

Q: About "67b9244cd38a301b709d31f97f9d00bc" bugs
A: We will check and solve problem next updates.

Thanks GsmBest Team for your answer. Really useful, but i alredy install driver that you suggest, but problem still remain.

I try to unistall driver from Settings->Device Manager of Windows 7 64 bit, and install driver t, but problem still remain. Can be a cable problem?
